This bag is crafted from a single piece of fabric, folded and stitched like origami.
This fabric is crafted in the Enshu region, known as one of Japan's top three cotton weaving areas. It is woven with Cotton 40 yarn, creating a high-density textile both vertically and horizontally.
Through a meticulous process of handcrafting without the application of mechanical pressure or tension and taking the time for small-batch, manual finishing, a distinct firmness and a texture reminiscent of washed fabric emerge.
Both the inside and outside are accented with red stitches.
The longer straps can be tied, crossed, or draped to close the opening creatively.
