お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。

商品に不備(破損・汚損・誤配送等)があった場合に限り、返品または交換を承ります。
該当する場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせフォームまたはメールにてご連絡ください。

内容を確認のうえ、交換または返金のご案内をさせていただきます。
なお、在庫状況により交換ができない場合は、返金にて対応させていただく場合がございます。

■ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of faulty items, such as defects, damage, or incorrect items received. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that if the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead of a replacement.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
